Hatch & Stitch Feedback

Some of you may have seen the Easter Egg surprises that I offered this Easter - " Hatch & Stitch". I wanted to let you all know that it had a fantastic response, with fantastic feedback (THANK YOU!!) which means I will be doing it all again next year! This time I'll make them available a little bit sooner to give the postie more time to deliver, and no one can miss out.

Free Ball Winding Service for hand dyed cotton

Many of my wonderful customers are crocheters who may not have a yarn swift or ball winder. To make things easier and cheaper for you, I’ve removed the ball winding service fee from ALL hand-dyed cotton yarns! All cotton yarn will now be wound into cakes free of charge - there is no need to add our ball winding service to each order of hand dyed cotton yarns.

Now Offering colour Swatches

I’ve listened to your feedback and are now offering cotton yarn colour swatches! While our product photos (typically shown in skein form) are designed to best capture the colours, sometimes a worked-up swatch is even more helpful. If you’d like to see a swatch of a particular colour and it isn’t already in the product listing, feel free to email me at inspiredbymargot@outlook.com.au. I’d be happy to make one up for you! Please note, I have just started training as a Swim Teacher, so it may take a little time for me to make the swatches in between work/ and the course - I'll try my best to get them done fast!

Introducing IBM Yarns Very First Cotton Yarn Advent Calendar!

This is a BIG moment—IBM Yarns is launching its very first Advent Calendar, and it’s made entirely with hand-dyed cotton yarn!

As far as I know, this is the only hand dyed cotton yarn Advent Calendar available in Australia, and I'm so excited to bring something truly special to the cotton-loving community.

Pre-orders open TOMORROW at 5pm ASWT, and I'll be sharing full details then, including the theme, price, what’s inside, and all the fun extras I've packed in. It’s been designed especially with crocheters (and knitters!) in mind, and I can’t wait to show you what I've created.

Upcoming Market:

Last but not least, for my PERTH yarnies!!

I'll be holding my very FIRST (yes, another first!), stall at the Handweavers Spinners and Dyers Guild of WA Inc. "Friendship Day" along with other reputable Perth indie dyers, which are listed on the flyer attached to the bottom of this email.

It will be a fun day, I would love for you to come visit, and have the opportunity to squish ALL the yarns!

Details are as follows:

Free Entry
Doors open 10:00am
BYO Lunch—Tea and Coffee provided.
Alexander Park Craft House, Clyde Road, Menora, WA 6050

I can't wait to meet you all, and Thanks again for being part of the IBM Yarns journey.

If you have any requests, suggestions, questions - ANYTHING! Please don't hesitate to contact me :)

Warmest regards,

Brooke.
