These Terms of Service apply to your use of the IBM Yarns website and to purchases made through our online store.

IBM Yarns is the trading name of Inspired by Margot. Throughout these Terms, “IBM Yarns”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Inspired by Margot trading as IBM Yarns.

By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referred to in them.

Our website is operated by Inspired by Margot, trading as IBM Yarns.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services online.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the website.

You must not use our website to transmit viruses, malicious code or other harmful material, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website or systems.

2. PRODUCTS

We sell hand-dyed yarn, yarn-related products, craft supplies, patterns, books, handmade items and other products through our website.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements and other information are accurate. However, colours may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings.

Because many of our products are handmade or hand-dyed, slight variations in colour, pattern, texture, size or finish may occur. These variations are a natural characteristic of handmade and hand-dyed products and do not necessarily indicate a fault.

Where a product has specific characteristics or variations, these will be described on the relevant product page where reasonably possible.

We reserve the right to discontinue products, change product specifications or update product information at any time.

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD), unless otherwise stated.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal delays, courier delays, weather, natural disasters or other disruptions.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CONSUMER GUARANTEES

Our change-of-mind policy is separate from your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a problem, your rights may include a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances and the nature of the problem.

Nothing in these Terms, our Returns & Refunds Policy or any other policy on our website is intended to exclude or limit those rights.
