WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS?

 

In- Store Pickup

 

In- store pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available by appointment only. To book an appointment SMS: 0409 399 102, or email inspiredbymargot.com.au

 

Free Shipping

 

We offer free shipping for all orders over $150; however, this offer excludes extra bulky orders exceeding 3+ kilograms.

 

Shipping Fees

 

We offer shipping at the following rates:

 

Standard shipping

5-7 business days

Express shipping

2-5  business days

 

All times and dates given for delivery is an estimate, which solely relies on the postal service we have posted your item with (usually we use Australia Post).

 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

 

We currently only deliver Australia wide and to New Zealand. If you are not located in Australia or New Zealand but wish to place an order, please email inspiredbymargot@outlook.com.au for further information, we will be happy to help.

 

Please note: we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?         

 

If you experience any delays, please feel free to contact us, we will be happy to find out the status of your orders shipping. Once every order is posted, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
